Remember the song “This is Why I'm Hot”? The 2007 anthem by Mims?. Mims is a NYC-rapper who is born 12 days after me. Since we were born so close to each other, we must be kindred spirits. The song is fairly humble, and with such insightful lyrics as:

Our Own Play by Play of Superbowl 43...

alt Sunday, February 1st, Tampa, Florida. After watching the Eagles beat up on the New York Giants, I figured I was there. I took off work. I looked at airfare. I couldn't wait to get out of the frigid New Jersey air and enjoy some might fine Florida sun.

Apparently, Donovan McNabb and the Eagles defense had other plans for how I was gonna spend my Super Bowl Sunday. Bastards.

Anyway, I didn't want to let the day go completely to waste, so I decided that instead of hiding in my room and watching The Perfect Season: The 2008 Phillies Yearbook, I would watch the Steelers take on the Cards and write about it.

Besides, I can't get in trouble for this, can I?
